If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, I will offer a full refund minus the shipping within seven days of receiving the product. No exceptions after that. If a product arrives broken, please send me a message right away. I will instruct you where to send the broken piece back. Please understand that you will get a full refund after I have recieved the broken product.  All of my products are a one of a kind, none just like the other as they are handmade. You are free to purchase a new product if you see another one you love. I do take extra care when shipping products and have never had a piece arrive broken, but it very well could happen as pottery is fragile, and you never know how they boxes are handled during shipping.
